Welcome to SoundLyft. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SoundLyft browser extension, website, and digital products (the "Service"). By installing, accessing, or purchasing SoundLyft, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Product Description & License Grant

SoundLyft is a browser extension utility that amplifies audio and applies digital signal processing (DSP) filters (including an anti-clipping brickwall limiter, 10-band graphic equalizer, dynamic range compression, and spatial cross-feed) locally within Chromium-based browsers.

  • Free Base Tier: You are granted a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the basic features of SoundLyft (up to 600% volume boost, anti-clipping limiter, and active tab management) for personal or commercial use.
  • Lifetime Pro License: Purchasing the SoundLyft Lifetime Pro Pass grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all Pro features (including 1000% volume boost, 10-band graphic equalizer, 8 sound presets, Movie Night Mode DRC, and per-domain memory). A single license key may be used across your personal devices.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • One-Time Payment: SoundLyft Lifetime Pro is sold as a one-time digital purchase for $3.00 USD (or local currency equivalent).
  • No Recurring Subscriptions: There are no monthly fees, hidden charges, or automatic renewals associated with the Lifetime Pro Pass.
  • Merchant of Record: All orders and payments are facilitated and processed by Dodo Payments Inc. as our authorized Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments handles invoicing, tax compliance (including VAT/sales tax where applicable), and payment processing.

3. Digital Delivery Policy

SoundLyft is a digital software product. There are no physical shipments:

  • Upon successful completion of checkout through Dodo Payments, your digital activation license key is delivered immediately on the checkout confirmation screen.
  • A copy of your activation license key and purchase receipt is automatically dispatched to the email address provided during checkout within minutes.
  • If you do not receive your license key within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or email us at [email protected].

4. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with SoundLyft. We offer a transparent, hassle-free 14-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee:

  • If SoundLyft does not meet your expectations, encounters technical issues on your system, or you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
  • To request a refund, simply email [email protected] with your purchase email address or transaction order ID.
  • Refunds will be processed promptly via Dodo Payments back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Upon refund issuance, the associated Pro license key will be deactivated.

5. Responsible Use & Audio Safety

SoundLyft is equipped with an anti-clipping brickwall limiter engineered to mitigate harsh digital distortion. However, listening to audio at elevated volumes through headphones or speakers for prolonged periods can cause hearing strain. You agree to use the amplification features responsibly and at your own discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The SoundLyft software, algorithms, brand name, logos, and UI designs are the intellectual property of SoundLyft. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the software or unauthorized license keys without prior written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SoundLyft, its developers, or its payment partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. In all cases, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product ($3.00 USD).
